How to Protect Ourselves When Fishing?

Fishing is a very popular outdoor activity and it is close to the water. So, learn to protect ourselves is especially important. When we go out for fishing, we should pay attention to the following points.

 1.  Bring enough things we may need.
 Take enough tackles is an essential target before fishing, and most people won’t forget this. But as an outdoor activity, there are many unexpected things may happen. So when we prepare the fishing tackles, we should also bring some protection equipment at the same time.
Firstly, an umbrella is necessary. Because the umbrella can help us keep the rain off in the rainy day, and it also can provide protection from the sun in sunny day. When we are fishing in summer, we should bring the sunscreen. Secondly, we should take enough food, water and insect-resist agents when we fishing at night. Finally, don’t forget your medicine if you have the illness like heart disease.

 2.  Go fishing with some friends.
When we go out for fishing, especially the place we choose is far away from home, we’d better call some friends to go with us. So we can help each other once we are in danger. Besides, it can let our family member feel relieved.

 3.  Choose a safe spot when fishing.
As we all know, we must fishing near the water, so we must avoid falling into the water. The spot we choose must have 2 features: the ground should be hard and the space should be enough. Besides, it will be better to choose a spot without high-tension line.

 4.  Can’t fish for a very long time
We should alternate work with rest when fishing. As we all know, we should sit there quietly and always keep our mind on the fishing float, so our body and eyes will be tired. We should have a rest every one or two hours. People who have disease should not fish for a very long time, it is harmful for their health.

 5.  Fishing at night should be more careful
Fish are more active at night, and many fish will foraging near the shore, so people prefer to fish at night because they can catch more fish. But our vision are blurred at night, we should take some illumination tools. At the same time, we should bring some insect-resist agents especially in the summer. Besides, the temperature is much low at night, we should bring a heavy jacket to keep warm.

 6.  Keep a healthy diet
People should have a healthy diet, especially when fishing outside. Fishing is an activity needs abundant energy, if you just eat some junk food, you will have no energy when fishing. You should also drink some hot water instead of cold water.  Keep a healthy diet is very important, and trust me, it will be troublesome once you have a stomachache in the wild.
