With the winter coming, more and more
fishing lovers don’t like fishing outside, because they think it is hard to
catch the fish. But as long as you acquire the skills, catch fish is not hard
at all in the winter.
1. Fishing tackles must be appropriate
The main fish you catch is crucian craps, so you must choose the suitable fishing tackles. In order to catch more fish, first you’d better choose handspike when fishing, and the fishing line should be thin, the fishing hook should be large (like No4 or No 5).
2. The fishing lures or bait should be good
Most fish stop foraging in the winter, and it is hard for them to find the lures in such cold day. So the fishing lures or bait people use must have several features:
1) The fishing lure should be red, yellow or white, and it should be fragrant at
the same time. Then the fish will be easier to catch.
2) The fishing baits should be more attractive than fishing lures. People usually
use red earthworms as bait for fishing, and remember, the earthworm should as the same size as a matchstick.
3. Fishing in the sunny day
In the winter, the decline of water temperature
makes fish eat less and move
less. But if it is sunny for days, it
is a good chance for fishing. Because the water temperature will be increased
in sunny day, and fish all go out for foraging. In rainy days, the water will
become colder than before, and fish will stop taking food.
4. Fishing in a familiar place
Why fishing in the winter is harder
than other seasons? It is because in other seasons, fish will seek food
actively, so no matter where you fishing, you can catch some fish more or less.
But in winter, fish will not foraging actively, so you need find a place where
have fish. If you choose an unfamiliar place, and you don’t know whether there have
fish, you may catch nothing in the end.
5. You’d better catch crucian carps only
Crucian carps can go out for foraging even
in the cold water, and it is easy to bite. When you go fishing in the winter,
you’d better choose the suitable fishing tackles for crucian craps, or you will
catch nothing.
6. Fishing in an appropriate depth
People always think that fishing deep
water is better in winter. But generally speaking, it is not as deeper as
better. Appropriate depth of fishing is about 3-4 meters. But you should
remember, the premises is that you should find a place where has fish.
7. Don’t change the place too often
People often spread the lures to
several places at the same time, and it is a good idea. Different to other
seasons, fish will spend more time to find the lures in the winter. So you don’t
need to change you place frequently, you’d better check other areas after 2
hours.
